Remember when we were kids and we hated taking a nap or
sleeping? And now that we’re college students, we’d do anything to get even an
hour nap? I don’t’ know about you guys but I really do try my best to get a
full 8 hours of sleep. Yeah I know some have jobs and then we got to do our
homework. But honestly, I feel like if you manage your time well you can
eliminate the homework stress and have a good night’s rest. I swear nothing
feels better than coming home from work and knowing you’ve done your homework
already and you can just sleep. Sleep is something we all do virtually every
day of our lives and what we’ve really known for certain is that we need it.
Why do we need it? Because getting the right amount of sleep reduces accidents,
will make your work shift less tiring, and our brain functions better.
You can take steps to improve your sleep habits. First, make
sure that you allow yourself enough time to sleep. With enough sleep each
night, you may find that you're happier and more productive during the day.
Sleep often is the first thing that busy people squeeze out of their schedules.
Making time to sleep will help you protect your health and well being now and
in the future.
